This is not just dinner—it’s a full-on Latin culinary experience.

We’re turning up the heat in the beautiful Epicurea Kitchen for a night of chopping, sipping, sizzling, and celebrating together.

The evening kicks off with a welcome drink and Latin American bites as we settle in and explain how the night will unfold.

Then, aprons on! Guided by the amazing Chef Felipe Sarmiento from Team Cooking, you’ll get hands-on preparing three delicious Latin classics:

🇪🇨 Ceviche Ecuatoriano
🌮 Tacos with homemade fillings
🍌 Patacones topped with a tasty traditional twist

Each dish will be paired with a curated wine—and our sommelier will guide you through the pairings while sharing the basics of food and wine harmony. You’ll learn not just how to cook, but how to elevate every bite with the perfect sip.

Once we’re done in the kitchen, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy the feast we’ve created—shared, paired, and served with good company.

And to top it all off? A surprise Latin-inspired dessert to sweeten the night.
